くじゅう連山の麓にある久住ワイナリー。試飲や併設されたレストランでお食事もできます。

This is a winery located at the foot of the Kuju Mountains, where you can not only sample wines but also enjoy meals at the adjacent restaurant.

標高850メートルの冷涼な高原地帯にあり、南向きの斜面に広がる6ヘクタールの葡萄畑があります。自社の社員だけで管理しており、ピノノワールやシャルドネなどの欧州系醸造用の葡萄を垣根仕立てで栽培。朝は10度以下、昼間は30度以上と昼夜の温度差から、葡萄の熟度を高め、香味成分に複雑さを与えています。

Elevation at 850 meters in a cool highland area, with a 6-hectare vineyard spread across a south-facing slope. Managed solely by our staff, we cultivate European wine grape varieties like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using trellis training. The temperature variation between mornings below 10 degrees Celsius and afternoons exceeding 30 degrees Celsius enhances grape ripening, enriching aromatic complexity.
